Good Morning everyone! It is Wed, April 29 and we are so excited to get this page up and running for all to see. Yesterday afternoon, Wendy went in for surgery to have her packing removed and because of God's healing hand, the surgery went beautifully! They were able to remove all of the foreign bodies and completely close Wendy back up! They added a couple of tubes for drainage purposes, but the doctors say that now the nasty foreign material is out of Wendy, she should begin the healing process. She has had to have some more platelets, but her body is fighting off infection right now so that is pretty normal. As of this morning, Bryan went into check on our girl and he said she continues to look more and more like Wendy, but in Matt's words, "I have never seen what you all see, the only thing I have been able to see this entire time is "WENDY" So it's very awesome to know that God has protected Matt's vision of his wife, so that through it all he has only been able to see her beauty shine! Bryan also let me know that her heart rate was down in the 70s which is very close to normal for anyone and she has now been turned down to 30% oxygen on the ventilator!
So continue to pray for Wendy and the entire family...and when I say family, I mean anyone who this has touched in anyways. Satan has been trying to attack our Women and children and we are not going to stand for it! So join with me in saying "The enemy has been defeated, death couldn't hold You down, We are going to lift our voice in victory, and sing Your praises loud!!"
Please feel free to comment on here, but I do ask that you let me do the medical updates, so that only the most accurate and up to date information goes out for the world to see. Satan is the author of confusion, but God is a man of order.. so please keep that in mind.
We love you all and thank you so much for all that everyone has done!!

This looks great and is a good idea...It has been an emotional roller coaster and I just pray for rest and peace for each of you.

I am so grateful that we serve an Awesome God! It is awesome to see the miracles that he has performed and it is so amazing to know of the miracles we are still going to witness. People's lives will be changed for forever because of this miraculous situation. Wendy is a fighter and God knows that, so he knew who he could send to fight this battle. She is so dear to me and getting to know her over the past few years has changed my life. We have became friends through our husbands because they work together, through Church because we both attend Family Life Fellowhsip, through MOPS and through MEMO. God has put her in my life and vise Versa for a reason. I know we are to raise our children together and bond beyond that for the years to come. I don't have a biological sister but I feel God is filling that gap with her. If I go a day without seeing or at least chatting with Wendy on facebook, I have what I call my "Wendy Withdraws." Well they are pretty strong right now, but what the devil tries to steal, God will replenish more than I can imagine. I am believing and speaking that Wendy is going to walk away from this situation without one future complication in every aspect of her life and the family in general. I am Blessed beyond measure to have her in my life and I know great things are yet to come for her and I. May all that read this find Peace, Joy, Happiness, Comfort, and Love. May God Bless You abundantly with is Love! Love, Tammy

Hey my friend I am so glad you are finally getting to read this. I have missed you something awful, as stated by Tammy it is no other than "WENDY WITHDRAWLS"! You know that drama thing we were talking about? Well, you took it just a little to far. LOL Seriously, I am so thankful to have such a friend like you, faithful, kind, true---you are a special gift from God. Glad you came back to us. You are so blessed now with four beautiful daughters. Pagye has everything you said you wanted on Friday you went into labor. Okay now it is time for McDonalds and the park so hurry up....we are all pulling for you and I am believing for a speedy recovery. I have been telling everyone you were going to get upset that we all made such a big deal over you well your name has been spoken all over the world. You have been a part of breaking down denominational walls in prayer, you have caused heaven to be bombarded with urgent cries of healing and restoration from those close to your heart and others you may only meet in heaven. YOU BROUGHT UNITY TO THE BODY. You would have done it for any of us; it is a priveledge to stand and fight for you. Freeman Martin Ward BEST FRIENDS FOREVER!!

Just came in from Mid-Wee-Blend...I missed you Matt and the girls. My heart is heavy for you, girl. I can't wait to tell you that in person. Well, then I wouldn't be missing you so much now would I. My class made get well cards for you. Seth and Andrew worked so hard to make it "bootiful" (said by Andrew). I will bring them as soon as you open your eyes. Love ya Wendy.

Just wanted to let Wendy and the family know that I am praying for you. It is awesome to be part of a church that is witnessing miracle the way that we do. We serve an a God that is still on the throne! I am joining you in saying "The enemy has been defeated, death couldn't hold You down, We are going to lift our voice in victory, and sing Your praises loud!!" Love you all!!!

Just wanted to let Wendy and her family know that everyone at my church here in Fairmont have been praying for you and asking me for updates. So you and your doctors have prayers coming in from every where. Nicci has been keeping me posted as well as I have been checking Bryan's facebook page. This all hits home for me and in less then 3 months I will be having my c-section. You and the family are in my prayers as well as my church families.
Love you

Thank you so much. This was greatly needed even though FB has kept us all going on updates (Bryan & Jessica, thank you). We are all confident (IN CHRIST JESUS) that Wendy will be back with us and her 4 little girls very soon. God is just letting her body rest up for a little bit. Thank you, Lord for being so Gracious! :-)Love, Gina Tichnell (Jim & Virginia's daughter) Oceana, WV

From Bryan
Last update of the evening...Matt came out from seeing her around midnight. She has continued to remain off of blood pressure medications. She continues to remain stable. She has had to receive blood due to low lab values, but they expected this as a possibility. She is also to have testing to her left arm to rule out a blood clot, which is ironic since she originally couldnt clot at all. She is still receiving tube feeding to provide her body with appropriate nutrients. He had to receive fluids because of reduced kidney output. She has been able to get a bath today and then her nurse took the initiative to wash her hair. Matt asked her about it and she had stated that Wendy was a female...getting her hair washed would make her fell better. Matt continues to hold in well. He has headed to the RVB for the night to rest. I will remain in the waiting room in case she wakes up in the middle of the night. I have to continually thank GOD for giving me a supportive wife who understands my need to be here. I also have to continue to thank all of those who have supported in so many ways. Their are so many, that I would be unfair to name anyone, becuae it is immpossible to mention every single person by name. I may not be able to remember, or know who everyone is, but GOD does. What you do in secret or without expectation of reward, will be blessed. So THANK YOU TO ALL who have, are, will provide support. The outreach is overwhelming. It has been awesome to be here when people come to visit...which by the way, dont stop visiting, and if we are not in the waiting room when you come, we will be back shortly as we have probably gone to eat or for Matt to spend time with his girls in the RV provided to him by Wendy's aunt and uncle Tim and Debbie...what their story is in relation to everything that is going on. Even though this had been difficult, it is great to praise with those who have experienced many blessing because of their part in this all. We also want to keep Dustin and April post in our thoughts as they continue getting ready and waiting for their first child any day now. May GOD provide peace and comfort to these 2 and their families. I believe they will experience wonderful birthing process.
Updates on everyone else...Payge has been getting spoiled by Jess and her mom Ramona. Jess ahs joked with Matt that he will have to contend with visitation rights with Jess and her Mom. Jess has become quite attached to Payge. Jess has also taken Matt and Wendy's finances and scheduling. She is making sure kids get to where they need to be and will work to get their bills paid. She has been amazing!!!
Mom, along with Wendy's aunts Debbie and Sue have been working to manage the Lost Creek home front. They have been cleaning and organizing. They are making sure the older three are cared for. Jess and I have been preparing for next week and will get with those providing childcare to develope schedule. We are making every effort possible to not alter these kids schedules if we can avoid it.
Many are alos playing vital roled, but I avoid naming as not to exlude anyone, just know again that your efforts will not go unnoticed by GOD.
Thank You GOD for another beautiful day and the ability to be part of this odds defying miracle. SHE WAS DEAD, AND YOU SHOWED UP!!!

Bryan's April 30th 7am update:
She remains stable and ok. She continues to be OFF BP meds. THey have had to give her fluids for reduced urine output. They also had to give platelets. They have not done any study yet to her lef tarm to test for clot. Otherwise an uneventful night. I BELIEVE SHE WILL WAKE UP TODAY!!! Matt was talking of how it is taking so long and wishes it wouldnt...of course...but I told him that again, with it being on God's time, what is 1 week. It hasnt even been a week. It seems like eternity to us, but to HIM, its not even a blink of an eye. He continues to remain strong, but moments of frustration understandably occur. Please keep him lifted up and encouraged!!

Good Morning Wendy, I just felt such an anticipation this morning to hear the news of the night and how you were doing. I know you must be so excited to finally get your hair washed. I hope to make it up there again soon to see the changes. They boys have asked me about you often, especially Aaron my compassion child. We have Darby's birthday picture card right here by the computer and Andrew talks to her alot, Alexander screetchs at her. I think he knows her.Speaking of screetching, when I had my turn at the hodpital with Payge she would make a noise and Alexander would talk back to her, then when I had them on the bed side by side she would grunt back at him....I see a conection here! Alexander got up on all fours last night and just rocked back and forth for some time. He has very strong bones. Guess he will be chasing the others soon. Look out Darby you will spend MEMO running LOL!
Okay, seriously today would be a good day to open your eyes. Tammy and I brought you dessert to the hospital after Payge was born just like you requested. It is now in the freezer. We chose Snicker Cheesecake. Sound good, I would send it through your feeding tube but I think I wouldnt be able to come back and visit again soooo you will just have to wake up and tell me when you are ready for it.
Tammy has Cleansing Stream this weekend...it is going to be hard being here by myself but I will just have to find that secret place and plead with my Savior for Tammy to have such a peaceful blessed weekend-(who knows maybe you will get saved this weekend Tammy-LOL of course. Tammy and Wendy are the nicest sweetest ladies, they are true examples of Christans, they shine like Jesus) and for you to wake up.
Andrew is behind me singing -O no You never let go. Through the calm and through the storm. O no You never let go every high and every low. O no you let go. Lord You never let go of me. Thank you Lord for that word today out of the mouth of babes!!!
Have a great day you two and I am waiting the great news!!!! Love ya both
Rhonda

I fell honored to be part of this family.Wendy and Matt make me proud, and I can't wait to see her pick up her girls and head for the mall. I am still holding out and believing that she will be in church on Sunday. But, however GOD works it out it will be perfect timing and the move of GOD will shake the world. These trials are leading to a major move of GOD. Please keep your armour on and pray without ceasing. Love and prayers :Ramona, John,Justin, Tony, and Lucy

Father God, I pray that your peace that passes all understanding and your overwhelming love surround and uplift my friend Wendy and her family today. Give them calm assurance that you are moving and working on her behalf. Thank You for how far she has already come and for the miracles that we have yet to see. I ask that you give Matt the strength to wait for Your hand to move, even as the hours and days seem to drag on endlessly I pray for supernatural strength to fill his body. May he lean on you to hold him up. Thank You Lord for the amazing example that he is of putting faith into action.
Now I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over Wendy. Satan you have no athority or rights over her or her family, you were defeted on Calvary where Wendy's healing has already been paid for by the precious blood of Jesus. I speak peace and healing over Wendy's body and mind, and claim for her the mighty miracle that we know our Father has for her! Your Word says that we need only to speak to the mountain and it will be thrown into the sea, so I speak to this mountain, be moved to make room for Wendy's healing to manifest.
I ask all this in the mighty name and by the precious blood of Jesus by whom we have been given all authority over death, hell, and the grave, Amen.
Ephesians 1:18-23
I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.
Thank You Jesus for giving us the power over sickness and disease, it is awesome to know that you are in control.
May 2, 2009 at 9:53 PM
How awesome it was to see you fighting so hard last night to come back to us. The nurse - Shanna-(she is WONDERFUL...ASK ME ABOUT HER) said your room was light up like a Christmas tree which was a good sign she said (your machines were all lit up). I gotcha all worked up. I told the nurse to tell me if I was doing something wrong. She assured me she would. You opened your eyes several times, moved right shoulder, left arem and hand. You even moved your head. Your a fighter just keep it up. I turn FB on hoping so bad you will be talking about Darby down for a nap or a trip outside. I really miss you my friend!
May 4, 2009 at 12:01 AM
Church was awesome this morning! It was all about you, Wendy. The enemy HAS been defeated and we speak nothing but perfect healing over you. After the things you have been through in your life this is just a minor thing the Lord is using to make you stronger.
You are such a blessing to me as I see you and your beautiful family walk into church each Sunday and take a seat in the front of the church. When you were little we were just backseat Baptists (lol) and you didn't even really want to be there. Now you and Matt have been given four beautiful girls because God knows you are going to raise them as His daughters of the King. Can't wait till you get home so we can get started planning coronations together.
Love you, Concetta

While the physical rain continues to pour outside, healing rain from heaven is showering Wendy in her hospital room right now. As I see the water raising and the potential for flooding, I see in the spiritual realm the great flood that is taking place right now in Wendy's hospital room. God, we praise you for the mighty work you are doing in Wendy. Words can't express the awesome power you have displayed in her life. Thank you Lord for wrapping your arms around her and carrying her through this time. We praise you for the healing that is taking place in her body. Continue to stengthen her day by day until she is completely restored and home again with her beautiful family. AMEN
